International Yoga Day Celebration

MGU celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. Over 300 participants including students, faculty, staff, and local community members practiced yoga on campus.
Guest Speaker: Renowned yoga instructor Dr. Laden Sherpa conducted a special session on "Yoga for Mental Wellness."
